Dacortium was founded in 2013 and is a partnership of charities active in Dacorum: Relate, CAB, Mediation Hertfordshire, DrugLink, DENS, the Centre in the Park, and Community Action Dacorum.
HCNS engagement:
Dacortium was involved in Hertfordshire’s original Community Navigators project commissioned by Herts Valleys CCG and continues to host GP and Community Link Workers.
